Return Policy
General Information: This policy describes the action to be taken if any customer is dissatisfied with the services provided by Laha. The return policy for each service is as follows:
In case of receiving any product from Laha by the buyer, the buyer must record a video as proof of receiving the product. If there is any damage or loss of the delivered product as evidenced by the video recording, the technical shop will be responsible for it. However, any complaint made by the buyer after payment of the price of the delivered goods will not be entertained. Laj will not be held responsible if a customer fails to record a video prior to receiving the product after opening the package.
Customers cannot return any service without the above conditions. This policy will be provided on Laha's social media and all buyers are obliged to read the policy at their own risk.
